We collect as little as is honestly possible. No cookies, no US processors, and a product that — by design — keeps your clients’ data on your own servers, never ours.
The short version
No cookies
This site sets no cookies — none for analytics, none for ads, none for “preferences”. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
No US processors
No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no US-hosted CDN, no US fonts. Fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono) are self-hosted from this domain.
No tracking across sites
We do not build a profile of you, fingerprint your device, or follow you to other sites.
No selling data
We have nothing to sell and no interest in a market for your behaviour.
Analytics
Cookieless, aggregate-only, EU-hosted.
This site uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, open-source tool hosted in the EU. It records only aggregate figures such as page views, referrers and country: it sets no cookies, stores no personal data, builds no profile of you, and never tracks you across other sites. Because nothing personal is stored, no consent banner is required. The data is processed in the EU, never sold, and never Google Analytics.
The product
Your clients’ data never reaches Alplexio.
- Portus runs on your firm’s own infrastructure. The database and storage volumes are the entire data plane — they sit inside your perimeter, not ours.
- Client identities, beneficial owners, screening results and risk files are processed on your servers. They are never sent to Alplexio as part of running the product.
- There is no US CLOUD Act exposure, because there is no US cloud — and no Alplexio cloud — in the path of your client data.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep the email.
When you book a demo or write to us, we process the contact details and message you send — for the sole purpose of replying and arranging a conversation. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose, then delete it. We do not add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask for, and there is no sales team to pass you along to.

- Ask what personal data — if any — we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to processing or withdraw any consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).
